Waterproof vinyl plank flooring, kitchen to full bath.
35 colors · 5 collections · from $2.20 /sqft
Color groups are a guide: undertones shift with daylight and lamps, and one plank can sit in two groups. Pick up a free sample and look at it on your own floor.
The clear top layer that takes scratches, scuffs and claws. It decides how long the floor looks new, not how thick it feels. 12 mil suits bedrooms, offices and rentals; 20 mil is the commercial spec for kitchens, hallways and pets.
Total plank thickness, attached pad included. A thicker plank feels more solid, sounds less hollow and bridges small subfloor dips better. It does not change scratch resistance: that is the wear layer.
Plank width. Wider planks mean fewer seams across the floor and a calmer room that reads larger; narrower planks look classic and suit small rooms. All our planks are 60 inches long.
Materials per square foot. Installation by our crews in the Sacramento area adds $2.35 per sqft; removal, baseboard and stairs are priced per room.
A collection is one spec (thickness, wear layer, width) in several colors. Mixing colors from one collection keeps the floor height and feel identical between rooms.

What waterproof really covers.
Every plank on this page has a rigid SPC core of limestone and PVC, with no wood fiber that can drink water and swell. That is what makes vinyl plank the floor for bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms and concrete slabs.
Waterproof describes the plank: a spill, a leaking dishwasher or a wet dog will not swell it, and a damp mop is the whole cleaning routine. It does not make the room waterproof. Water that runs under the floor can still reach drywall and subfloor, so in a full bath we seal the perimeter at the tub and shower with silicone.
All 35 colors share the same waterproof core and click joint, so the choice comes down to look and wear layer. Pick 20 mil for kitchens, hallways and pets, 12 mil for bedrooms and rentals. Installed by our crews, waterproof LVP starts at $4.55 per sqft in the Sacramento area.

Waterproof LVP questions, answered straight.
Is vinyl plank flooring really waterproof?
The plank is. An SPC core is stone and polymer, so standing water does not swell it the way it swells a wood-fiber laminate core. Water that gets under any floor can still damage the subfloor, so wipe up floods either way.
Can waterproof LVP go in a full bathroom?
Yes. Leave the expansion gap the install guide asks for and seal the edge at the tub and shower with silicone. That is standard on every bathroom we install.
Waterproof LVP or waterproof laminate?
For rooms where water sits (full baths, laundry), LVP. Laminate with a water-resistant core handles kitchen spills, but its core is still wood fiber. See KONO Laminate for the drier rooms.
