This policy explains what KONO Global Inc. (“KONO Flooring”, “we”) collects through konoflooring.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected] or (916) 542-2568.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, phone, email, ZIP code, address, and project details (rooms, square footage, products, preferred dates). This covers quote, sample, calculator, visualizer and order forms.
• Photos you upload to the visualizer: the photo is sent to an AI image service to render the floor and is not stored by us. Rendered images and technical counters are kept for up to 24 hours to prevent abuse.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived, collected with cookies and similar tools through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Data stored in your browser: your order basket and sample requests are kept in your browser’s local storage until you place the order or clear it.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare quotes, schedule measures, deliveries and installations, and send invoices.
• To email you a copy of an estimate when you ask for one.
• To run financing applications when you ask for financing (the lender receives the details needed to decide).
• To understand which pages help people and fix what does not.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing), Google (analytics and email), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (internal notifications to our team), the AI image service behind the visualizer, and, when you apply, the financing lender. Installers and delivery crews receive the address and contact details needed for the job.

How long we keep it

Project and order records are kept as long as needed for the project, warranty questions, and tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete information we do not have to keep.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to delete it, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without analytics cookies.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
