Terms
Terms of sale and use.
How prices, orders, invoices and installation work, in plain words.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to konoflooring.com and to orders placed through it with KONO Global Inc., doing business as KONO Flooring. Questions: [email protected] or (916) 542-2568.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Material is sold by the full box; the price per square foot is shown for comparison. California sales tax applies to material and is shown on your invoice. Installed prices on the site are estimates until we measure the space: the final price is in your written quote.
How an order works
- You place an order on the site. No payment is taken on the site.
- We text or email you to confirm stock, the delivery or pickup, and the total.
- We send an invoice. The order is accepted when you approve the invoice and pay it as it states.
If a product turns out to be unavailable or a price on the site is wrong, we tell you before you pay, and you can cancel at no cost.
Delivery, pickup and returns
Delivery fees, pickup arrangements and return conditions are stated on your invoice before you pay. Check the boxes when they arrive and tell us right away about any visible damage.
Installation
Installation is priced after an in-home measure and agreed in a separate written contract that follows California rules for home improvement contracts, including the limits on down payments.
Colors, samples and natural variation
Screens show colors differently, and wood and wood-look products vary from plank to plank and between production lots. Ask for a free sample before you order; we ship one production lot per order where possible.
Warranty
Product warranties are the manufacturer’s, as stated in the documents for your product. Warranty terms for installation are in your installation contract.
Using the site
Content on this site, including photos and text, belongs to KONO Flooring or is used with permission. Interior photos on product pages are AI-generated visualizations of the floor; use a sample to judge the color. Calculators and the visualizer give estimates, not quotes.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
