Color groups are a guide: undertones shift with daylight and lamps, and one plank can sit in two groups. Pick up a free sample and look at it on your own floor.
The clear top layer that takes scratches, scuffs and claws. It decides how long the floor looks new, not how thick it feels. 12 mil suits bedrooms, offices and rentals; 20 mil is the commercial spec for kitchens, hallways and pets.
Total plank thickness, attached pad included. A thicker plank feels more solid, sounds less hollow and bridges small subfloor dips better. It does not change scratch resistance: that is the wear layer.
Plank width. Wider planks mean fewer seams across the floor and a calmer room that reads larger; narrower planks look classic and suit small rooms. All our planks are 60 inches long.
Materials per square foot. Installation by our crews in the Sacramento area adds $2.35 per sqft; removal, baseboard and stairs are priced per room.
A collection is one spec (thickness, wear layer, width) in several colors. Mixing colors from one collection keeps the floor height and feel identical between rooms.

Why rustic floors age well.
Rustic planks show what most floors hide: knots, saw marks, weathering and big color swings from board to board. They suit farmhouse, cabin and lived-in rooms, and they hide wear better than any clean, uniform floor.
When the design already has variation, a scratch or a bit of dust disappears into it. That makes rustic vinyl a practical choice for homes with dogs, kids and muddy boots, not only a style choice.
Canyon Hickory and Bourbon Hickory have hickory's strong grain; Barnwood, Bramble and Ironbark Oak look reclaimed; Weathered Oak is a sun-bleached gray.

Rustic questions, answered straight.
Is rustic LVP good for pets?
Yes. Busy grain and color variation hide scratches and hair better than a uniform floor.
Do rustic planks repeat?
Every print repeats at some point. Installers mix planks from several boxes so similar boards do not land side by side.
Does rustic flooring look dated?
Heavy distressing comes and goes; natural knots and grain stay. Pick variation you like in a sample, not in a photo.
