Why the price says introductory: the wall program is new at KONO. $9.00 per sqft flat is the launch number for all four designs while the first container lands and per-design costs settle; final spec sheets publish with it. The designs themselves are locked.
The 30-day immersion test
We left a finished KH-220 panel under water for a month, then measured it: zero swell, zero cupping. Stone core, vinyl skin: there is nothing in this board that can drink.

Will KH-220 work over my concrete slab?
Yes, glued down or floating over a moisture barrier. We test the slab first: a calcium chloride or RH probe reading goes on the estimate, and if the number is high we say so before anything is glued.
How many times can it be refinished?
Twice, comfortably. The 3 mm sawn wear layer leaves room for two full sand-and-finish cycles, and spot repairs in between.
Will the boards match the sample?
Closely, not exactly: this is real oak, so knots, mineral streaks and color depth vary board to board. That variation is the point of wood, and the free full-size plank shows you the honest range.
Radiant heat under hardwood?
Engineered oak is the wood floor that tolerates it. Keep the surface under 80°F, bring the system up slowly, and stay with the manufacturer written limits that ship with the spec sheet.
