Coastal Sand
KO-108 Pale Sand
The lightest board we make — it bounces daylight down dark hallways, but it will show dark pet hair between vacuums.

Samples are full-size planks, free. Pick up today in Midtown, or metro delivery in 2 days.
How many boxes?

Board & Surface
Performance
Honest wording on "waterproof": the surface is waterproof; we filmed a 72-hour immersion test below. Standing water forced under the seams for days can still reach the core, so for full bathrooms we will point you to KONO LVP instead.
The 72-hour immersion test
We sank a finished KO-108 panel in a tank for three days, then measured swell at the seams. Watch the whole thing, timestamps and all.

Materials, acoustic underlayment, trim, and our own crew, one line-item price and one lifetime warranty. How installation works →
From homes that live on it.
“Our hallway has zero windows and it still feels bright now. Verdict from the dog: slippery at full sprint.”
Jess Palmer, West Sacramento
“Shows dark dog hair sooner than our old brown floor did. I vacuum a little more; I would still pick it again.”
Tomás Rivera, Elk Grove
“The pale color made our 900 sqft condo feel double the size. Photographs beautifully, too.”
Anne-Marie Osei, Midtown Sacramento
Owner questions.
Will it work over my radiant heat?
Yes, KO-108 is approved for hydronic and electric radiant systems up to a surface temperature of 84°F. Ramp the temperature over 48 hours after installation.
How visible is the pattern repeat?
There are 10 unique board faces per production run. In a typical room you will not find twins next to each other; our crews also shuffle boards from three boxes at a time.
Can I buy from the same dye lot later?
This entire stock is one production lot — #KO108-2606 — and we log your lot number with your order. That is also why we suggest keeping one spare box for repairs.
What underlayment do I need?
Our 1.5 mm acoustic underlayment is what earns the IIC/STC 68 rating and it is included in installed pricing. For DIY, it is $0.42 per sqft on the same shelf.
